  1. Booking can be amended or cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the booked entry time.
  2. Registered vehicle registration mark and vehicle classification cannot be amended.
  3. A non-refundable administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for each amendment or cancellation.
  4. If the payment amount for amended booking is less than the payment amount for the original booking or for booking cancellation, refund of the difference in amount after deducting the administration fee of HK$100 will be made to the same credit card used for payment at the time of booking.
  5. If the payment amount for amended booking exceeds payment amount for the original booking, additional parking fee and administration fee of HK$100 will be charged upon booking amendment.

    • Can I book a parking space in advance?

      You can make a HZMB Hong Kong Port Car Park booking from 4 hours to 7 days prior to entry.

      Can I make a booking after I entered the car park?

      No. Booking can only be made before you enter the car park.

      How long is the parking period for each booking?

      Booking is available for parking periods of 2 hours to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days).

      Which types of vehicle can enjoy the booking service?

      The booking service is applicable to private car, motorcycle, light goods vehicle and taxi. Each car park accepts specific type(s) of vehicle. You may refer to the Car Park Information for more details.

      How can I amend or cancel my booking?

      Booking can be amended or cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the booked entry time through the Manage Booking feature with your registered mobile phone number and booking number. HK$100 administration fee will be charged for each booking amendment or cancellation.

      Is my booking accepted?

      A confirmation with a booking number will be sent to you by email and SMS. You may use the booking number with your mobile phone number to manage your booking online.

    • How do I enter the car park?

      Please enter the designated car park with the registered Octopus Card at the time of booking. Please be reminded that the vehicle classification and vehicle registration mark must be the same as that you registered at the time of booking.

      What if I arrive earlier than the booked entry time?

      Subject to the availability of parking spaces, you may be allowed to enter the designated car park with the registered Octopus Card. Standard parking rates shall apply to the period between the actual entry time and the booked entry time.

      What if I arrive later than the booked entry time?

      You may still enter the designated car park within 1 hour from the booked entry time. If you arrive later than 1 hour from the booked entry time, you may be allocated with another parking space subject to the availability of parking spaces. However, your parking period is valid up to the booked exit time only.

      What if I leave earlier than the booked exit time?

      You may leave earlier than the booked exit time but no refund will be granted for the unused parking period.

      What if I leave later than the booked exit time?

      Additional parking charges shall apply for the period from the booked exit time to your actual exit time. The additional parking charges will be calculated at two times the parking rate for car park booking (more details).

      Any specific parking space for car park booking?

      You are guaranteed with a parking space in the designated car park but no specific parking space will be allocated.

      Can I park in other car parks instead of the designated one?

      Your booking is valid in the designated car park that you chose at the time of booking only. If you park in other car parks, you will be charged at standard parking rates. Your booking will be forfeited with no refund and prepaid booking payment cannot be used to offset any parking charges for parking in other car parks.

      Is multi-entry allowed during the booked parking period?

      No. You are only allowed to enter and exit the designated car park once for each booking.

    • How can I settle payment for my booking?

      We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard through the online booking platform. You are required to register the number of an Octopus Card for your entry to and exit from the designated car park for the booked period.

      What is the parking rate for car park booking?

      Please refer to Parking Rates for more details.

      How can I settle the additional parking charges if I park longer than the booked period?

      If you enter earlier than the booked entry time or exit later than the booked exit time, additional parking charges will be automatically calculated and charged to the registered Octopus Card at exit.

      Any refund for no-show?

      If you do not show up during the booked period and fail to cancel your booking at least 4 hours in advance, no refund will be granted.
