Terms and Conditions

Booking

  1. Booking can only be made before you enter the car park and it can be made from 4 hours to 7 days prior to entry.
  2. Booking is available for parking periods of minimum 2 hours to maximum 72 hours (3 days).
  3. You have to make full payment at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
  4. Booking is applicable to private car, motorcycle, light goods vehicle and taxi only.
  5. If you want to make two bookings for consecutive parking periods, you must exit and re-enter the designated car park for the second booking of parking period. Otherwise, standard parking rate shall apply to the period after the booked exit time of the first booking, and the additional parking charges will be charged to the registered Octopus Card at exit. Regarding the second booked period, it will be counted as you do not show up during the second booked period and fail to cancel your booking at least 4 hours in advance, no refund of prepaid booking fee for this booked period will be granted.

Parking

  1. Please follow the procedures below to redeem your car park booking:
    1. Enter the designated car park with the vehicle registered at the time of booking within 1 hour of the booked entry time.
    2. Use the Octopus Card registered at the time of booking for entry and exit.
    3. Follow the instruction listed in your booking confirmation.
  2. If you arrive 1 hour later than the booked entry time, you may be allocated with another parking space subjected to the availability of parking spaces for car park booking. However, your parking period will be valid till the booked exit time only.
  3. If you enter the car park before the booked entry time, you will be charged the standard parking rates for the period between the actual entry time and the booked entry time.
  4. If you leave the car park after your booked exit time, you will be charged the additional parking rates (calculated at two times the parking rates for car park booking) for the period between the actual exit time and the booked exit time.
  5. No refund will be granted for the unused parking period if your actual parking period is shorter than the booked parking period.
  6. No refund will be made if you do not enter the designated car park and/or do not show up during the booked parking period.
  7. If:
    1. you cannot present the Octopus Card registered at the time of booking; OR
    2. the vehicle classification of your vehicle is different from that registered at the time of booking; OR
    3. the vehicle does not bear the same vehicle registration mark registered at the time of booking;
    Your booking will be deemed invalid with no refund.
  8. If you enter the designated car park using a different Octopus Card to the one that you registered at the time of booking or you enter a car park different from the designated car park stated in your booking, you will be charged the standard parking rates.
  9. You can enter and exit the designated car park once only for each booking.

Amendment and Cancellation

  1. You may amend or cancel your booking online at least 4 hours prior to the booked entry time. An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for each booking amendment or cancellation.
  2. If the payment amount for amended booking exceeds payment amount for the original booking, additional parking fee and administration fee of HK$100 will be charged upon booking amendment.
  3. If the payment amount for amended booking is less than the payment amount for the original booking or for booking cancellation, we will arrange refund of the difference in amount after deducting the administration fee of HK$100 to the same credit card used for payment at the time of booking.
  4. Booking amendment is subject to the availability of parking spaces for car park booking.

Vehicles

  1. Each designated car park accepts specific type(s) of vehicle. You must ensure that you have selected the correct vehicle type during booking.
  2. Use of car park booking are subject to the ‘Conditions of Parking and Use’ of Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited displayed at the entrance of the car parks.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund will be made (if any) if your booking amendment or cancellation is successful.
